Intimacy Mentor (“we”, “us”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how you can ask us to remove it.
What we collect
- Comments: your name, email address and the comment itself. Your email is never published.
- Newsletter: the email address and optional name you provide when subscribing.
- Contact messages: your name, email, subject and message.
- Basic technical data: server logs may record your IP address and browser information for security and spam prevention.
- Analytics: if enabled, we use a privacy-respecting analytics setting to understand which articles are read. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your information to publish and moderate comments, send the newsletter you asked for, reply to your messages, prevent abuse and understand which parts of the journal are useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use a session cookie required for security and form submissions, and a CSRF token to protect forms. We do not set advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is configured to avoid identifying individual readers.
How long we keep it
Comments remain while the article is published, unless you ask us to remove them. Newsletter records remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by writing to [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
Children
This journal is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, mention it in the newsletter.
